About

Before starting my own consulting and coaching business, I was a First Vice-President and Regional Sales Officer of a Fortune 500 company with offices across the nation. I specialized in developing and coaching executives and managers within the company to set and attain personal and professional goals. Just before reaching the upper levels of the corporate world, I worked in a small town business in rural Iowa. I am just as comfortable in a corporate boardroom as I am at the kitchen table.

I have worked as a consultant and coach for over 10-years and specialize in:

Organizational, Team and Leadership Development
Executive, Management, and Staff Development
Internal and External Communication
Sales and Marketing
Business Planning and Execution
Personal and Professional Goal Setting

Among my experiences, I have worked over 15-years in broadcasting in talent and management, and taught broadcast announcing at the University level for over five years.

I am a Certified Professional Coach with the Coach Training Alliance of America, member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD – formerly ASTD), member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), member of the American Marketing Association, member of Toastmasters International, and a Dale Carnegie Course graduate and graduate assistant.
